Terry's talent for relating to people and asking the right questions has been essential in his role as Client Concierge. As founder of Elite Strategies Group, he has curated a network of high-level professionals and strategists built on trust, discretion, and results.
Terry is an Emmy-nominated host, broadcaster, keynote speaker, and one of Seattle’s most dynamic voices in sports, media, and entertainment. A University of Washington graduate and football alum, Terry has spent over two decades in front of the camera and behind the mic. Through Terry's experience, he has developed the ability to connect with our clients on a different level, bringing energy and authenticity to luxury home interiors.

CHELSEA TRAVAGLIO
Interior Designer & Founding Partner

Chelsea’s passion for interior design continues to expand after 20 years of professional experience in high end Residential Interior Design and Luxury Home Staging. Chelsea enjoys contemporary and traditional projects while upholding a design philosophy that each space relates to its consumers and its function. By prioritizing client relationships and satisfaction, she is able to develop customized interior plans with a concept of practicality and timelessness. Chelsea's signature design service has proudly been focused in West Bellevue and surrounding areas for nearly two decades with special out of state projects in San Diego, Palm Springs, and Scottsdale.

As founder and Principal Interior Designer for The Grey Door Interiors, Inc., Chelsea has developed meaningful lifelong relationships with her clients. Chelsea enjoys a creative collaboration with her clients, her team, and her trusted industry partners.

JORDAN GREENBERG
Design Assistant

Jordan brings an art-forward perspective to interior design, shaped by her years overseeing eBay’s Art, Antiques, Live Auctions, and eBay Collective categories. In partnership with Sotheby’s, she helped curate exclusive collections and auction events, deepening her appreciation for craftsmanship, materials, and her vision behind thoughtfully designed spaces.
Jordan has a strong understanding of materials, functionality, and precision—skills she carries into her interior design practice today.
Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and studied Interior Design at Bellevue College, blending technical training with a refined and globally influenced aesthetic. At the studio, she supports the full design process through sourcing, project coordination, and client collaboration
